Dessert for dinner...


I made two amazing raw vegan desserts for Christmas day! Peppermint Cream Pie by Nicole Joy and Key Lime Pie by Kimberly Snyder. Both tasted sooooo good and were extremely filling! My cousin and I kept trying to force more in just for the taste but could barely manage a small piece of each. However, I did a good job of finishing them off for dinner last night and it is fair to say that I will be making a lot more raw vegan desserts. In fact I just put some raw vegan raspberry chocolate in the freezer for my birthday tomorrow. Check out Nicole Joy Inspire and Kimberly Snyder for more inspiration :)
